The National Black L.U.V. Festival will offer community, non-profit and
small business owners the opportunity to showcase their wares during the
festival of live performances and family activities.

ALL VENDORS Must provide own table, chairs and tent.
You may rent tables, chairs or tents from Allied Party Rental.

Food Vendor Food vendors will receive a 20 x 20 space (Must be certified to us a Propane gas and no pork menu items).
Craft Vendor Each craft vendor will receive a 10x10 space.
Community Organizations and Non-profits - must be Tax Exempt 10 x 10 area
Book Vendors Each craft vendor will receive a 10x15 space.
Health & Wellness - Must be a service professional, school, center, gym, spa or non-profit in beauty, health and wellness.
Use of Booth Space
Booth rentals are non-transferable. Booth approval
is valid only for the sale of goods or exhibition of materials
described in the submitted application and guidelines herein.
Booth Assignment Policy
Placement of booths will be governed by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to:

DC Emergency Management Agency rules;

Pedestrian walkability;

Variety and placement;
-
Timeliness of application's receipt; and

At the sole discretion of the Black LUV Festival Planning Committee.
